支气管哮喘患儿治疗前后血清hs-CRP和IL-10检测的临床意义

目的 探讨支气管哮喘患儿治疗前后血清hs-CRP和IL-10检测的临床意义.方法 选择2009年1月～2013年1月我院就诊的支气管哮喘患儿40例,另选择同期正常对照组健康儿童30例,比较正常对照组及支气管哮喘患儿治疗前后血清hs-CRP和IL-10水平的变化情况.结果 支气管哮喘患儿治疗前hs-CRP、IL-10水平明显高于正常对照组（t=3.126、7.835,P＜0.05）,经治疗3个月后,支气管哮喘患儿hs-CRP、IL-10水平均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义（t=3.327、6.937,P＜0.05）.且治疗后的支气管哮喘患儿hs-CRP、IL-10水平与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（t=0.127、0.375,P＞ 0.05）.结论 通过检测支气管哮喘患儿血清hs-CRP和IL-10的变化,有利于了解哮喘患儿的病情变化、判断预后,值得推广和应用.

The clinical significance of serum hs-CRP and IL-10 detection for bronchial asthma in children before and after treatment

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum hs-CRP and IL-10 detection for children with bronchial asthma. Methods Selected 40 cases of asthmatic children from January 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital, and another 30 cases of healthy children over the same period as the normal control group. Before and after treatment, serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-10 of two groups were dectected. Results The hs-CRP, IL-10 levels of bronchial asth- ma children were significantly higher than the control group （t = 3.126, 7.835, P 〈 0.05）; after 3 months of treatment, hs-CRP, IL-10 levels of bronchial asthma children were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was significant （t = 3.327, 6.937, P 〈 0.05）. After treatment hs-CRP, IL-10 levels of bronchial asthma children com- pared with normal control group, the difference was not significant（t = 0.127, 0.375, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Detection of serum hs-CRP and IL-10 changes of bronchial asthma children is in favor of understanding the disease and its prognosis, is worthy of promotion and application.
