分娩方式与产后抑郁症相关性Meta分析

目的了解新生儿分娩方式与产后抑郁症之间的相关性。方法将2006~2013年公开发表的关于分娩方式与产后抑郁症相关性的研究文献进行Meta分析。结果剖宫产与阴道产的产妇罹患产后抑郁症的总体效应检验Z=2.00,P=0.05;剖宫产与自然分娩的产妇罹患产后抑郁症的Z=0.08,P>0.05;剖宫产与阴道助产的产妇罹患产后抑郁症的Z=3.46,P<0.05;阴道助产和自然分娩的产妇罹患产后抑郁症的Z=3.25,P<0.05。结论相对于产后抑郁症的发生率,剖宫产与自然分娩明显优于阴道助产,差异有极显著性意义。而剖宫产与自然分娩的产妇罹患产后抑郁症的发生率差异无显著性意义。

Meta analysis between delivery mode and postpartum depression

Objective To study the relativity between delivery mode and postpartum depression. Methods Meta analysis the literatures studying on relationship between postpartum depression and delivery mode published in 2006- 2013. Results Analysis of cesarean section and vaginal delivery women suffering from postpartum depression Meta：z= 2.00, P〉0.05 ; Analysis of cesarean section and natural childbirth parturient with postpartum depression Meta ： z=0.08, P〉0.05;Analysis of cesarean section and vaginal delivery women suffering from postpartum depression Meta ：z=3.46, P〈0.05 ; Analysis of vaginal delivery and natural birth mothers suffering from postpartum depression Meta ： z=3.25, P〈 0.05. Conclusion Relative to the incidence of postpartum depression, cesarean section and natural childbirth is obviously better than vaginal delivery, there is very significant differences. While the cesarean section and natural childbirth parturient with postpartum depression rate showed no significant difference.
