| 摘 要： | 目的探讨正常人肾皮质声触诊组织定量值(VTQ值)的参考范围。方法应用Siemens Acuson S2000超声诊断仪检测300名健康人的肾脏皮质VTQ值,肾皮质VTQ值正常参考值按(x±s)计算。结果健康人群肾皮质VTQ值不同性别分组之间差异无统计学意义,不同年龄之间肾皮质VTQ值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);20~40岁参考值为(2.99~4.17)m/s,41~60岁参考值为(2.78~3.74)m/s,61~80岁参考值为(2.15~3.43)m/s。结论肾皮质VTQ值的水平存在年龄差异,年龄越大VTQ值越小,与年龄呈反比。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the reference value of renal cortex virtual touch tissue quantification（VTQ） value in healthysubjects. Methods Renal cortexstiffness was measured wish Siemens Acuson S2000 ultrasound system in totally 300 healthy subjects. The reference valueof Renal cortical VTQ was calculatedusing （x_＋s）. Results There was signifi- cant difference of VTQ value in different agegroups （P〈0.05）, while the VTQ value was similar between males and fe- males. The reference value of age （20-40）, （41-60）and （61-80） were （2.99-4.17）, （2.78-3.74） and （2.15-3.43）m/s. Conclusion Renal cortical VTQ value in healthy subjects are different in different age groups.The VTQ value is in- versely proportional to the increase with age. |
