高压氧对颅脑外伤患者术后认知功能障碍的影响

摘    要:目的探讨高压氧对颅脑外伤患者术后认知功能障碍的影响。方法选择2010年1月~2013年1月手术治疗的颅脑外伤患者80例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组患者均予常规对症处理,有手术指征者积极行手术治疗,其中观察组同时于第7天行高压氧治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的定向力、记忆力、注意力及计算力、回忆、语言5项评分及认知功能障碍改善率。结果观察组患者的定向力、记忆力、注意力及计算力、回忆、语言5项评分较治疗前及对照组治疗后均明显提高(P<0.05)。观察组患者认知功能障碍改善率达90%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑损伤患者辅助高压氧治疗有利于改善患者的认知功能,从而改善患者的预后及生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 80 cases with traumatic brain injury according to treatment methods different were randomly divided into observation group and control group 40 cases,all patients were given traditional symptomatic treatment, there were positive indications for surgery, the observed group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the first seven days, orientation, memory, attention and computing power, memory, language of treatment group and the control group patients before and after treatment and the improve rate of cognitive dysfunction were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the orientation, memory, attention and computing power, memory, language of patients in the observation group improved significantly compared with before treatment and the control group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05).Cognitive dysfunction improvement rate in the observation group was 90% ,was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with secondary brain injury can improve cognitive function, thereby improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
