PICC专职化管理在导管质量控制中应用效果评价

目的探讨PICC专职化管理的应用对导管质量控制的影响。方法选取在我院行PICC置管的癌症患者为研究对象,观察组行PICC专职化管理模式,对照组行PICC常规护理管理。比较两组患者置管、并发症情况及其对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组的堵管、静脉炎、导管相关血流感染、败血症等并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(3.14%vs 6.79%、1.83%vs 4.53%、0.52%vs 2.26%、2.62%vs 7.92%、3.66%vs 10.57%,P<0.05);观察组一次置管成功率及患者和家属对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组(96.60%vs 81.13%、96.60%vs 84.91%,P<0.05)。结论 PICC专职化管理能够优化导管质量控制结果,提高置管安全性,值得进行推广应用。

Application effect evaluation on PICC professional management in the tube quality control

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect on PICC professional management in the tube qual- ity control. Methods Six hundred and forty-seven cancer patients with PICC catheter were selected as the research ob- jects. The observation group was managed by professional management pattern for PICC catheter patients. The control group was managed by PICC routine nursing management for PICC catheter patients. The catheter situation, related complications, and the patient and family satisfaction to nursing work of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of blocking pipe, the incidence of phlebitis, the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infec- tions and the incidence of sepsis in the observation group were lower than those of the control group （3.14% vs 6.79%, 1.83% vs 4.53%, 0.52% vs 2.26%, 2.62% vs 7.92%, 3.66% vs 10.57%, P 〈 0.05）. One success rate of catheterin and the patient and family satisfaction to nursing work of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05） （96.60% vs 81.13%, 96.60% vs 84.91%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PICC professional management can optimize the tube quality control, as a result, it improves the safety of catheter, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
