阿奇霉素治疗60例儿童支原体肺炎的疗效观察

目的探讨阿奇霉素对儿童支原体肺炎的临床治疗效果及方法总结。方法于2012年3月~2013年5月在我院随机挑选60例患有支原体肺炎儿童,治疗组30例患者,治疗方法为阿奇霉素,对照组30例患者,治疗方法为红霉素,经过治疗之后分别观察两组患者达到的临床效果、体温咳嗽恢复时间及平均住院天数,同时观察并发症情况。结果治疗组患者采用阿奇霉素治疗后,效果显著,治愈率高达93.33%,较对照组的63.33%差异显著,治疗组患者有6.67%出现并发症,而对照组的并发症发生率为30%,两组并发症差异显著(P<0.05),两组患者的体温、咳嗽恢复时间及平均住院天数差异显著,治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用特异性药物对儿童支原体肺炎治疗起到较好的效果,减少患者并发症的发生率,效果显著,临床价值高。

Clinical observation of the treatment on 60 cases children with mycoplas- ma pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect on children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Randomly select 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia from March 2012 to May 2013 year in our hospital.The treatment group were given azithromycin,the observation group were given routine erythromycin. Observe clinical effects, temperature,cough recovery time,average hospitalization days,complications of two groups. Results The cure rate of patients in the treatment group was up to 93.33% ,and difference was significant compared with the control group （63.33%） （P〈0.05）.The complications rate of patients in the treatment group was 6.67% ,and difference was significant compared with the control group （30%） （P〈0.05）.Body temperature recovery time,cough and the average hospitalization days of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The special medicine has a good effect on mycoplasma pneumonia in children, and reduce the incidence of complications, the effect is remarkable.
