补佳乐联合安宫黄体酮片配合宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连的临床研究

目的探讨宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连的患者辅以补佳乐联合安宫黄体酮治疗的临床意义。方法选取宫腔粘连患者140例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者单纯使用宫腔镜手术进行治疗。观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予补佳乐联合安宫黄体酮治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者痊愈率、总有效率以及内膜厚度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者肝、肾功能治疗后与治疗前比较均无明显改变。结论对宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连的患者辅以补佳乐联合安宫黄体酮进行治疗在保证患者安全的情况下可以有效改善治疗效果,有着积极的临床意义。

Clinical research of progynova combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets and hysteroscopic surgery on treating intrauterine adhesion

Objective To observe the clinical significance of hysteroscopic surgery combined with progynova and medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets treating intrauterine adhesion. Methods A total of 140 patients with intrauterine adhesion were selected and divided theminto the control group with 66 cases and the observation group with 74 cases randomly. The control group were treated with single hysteroscopic surgery, and the observation group were treated with progynova combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets based on the control group. The treatment effect of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the cure rate, total effective rate and intimal thickness of the observation group were higher evidently than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, The kidney and liver function of two groups after treatment had no evident change compared with that before treatment. Conclusion Progynova combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets and hysteroscopic surgery treating intrauterine adhesion on the condition of ensuring the safety of patients can effectively improve the treatment effect, which has active clinical significance.
