头皮半冠状切口在面中部复杂骨折中的应用

目的讨论头皮半冠状切口在面中部骨折治疗中的应用。方法本组10例患者采用头皮半冠状切口行面中部复杂骨折复位,钛夹板坚强内固定。结果采用半冠状切口行坚强内固定治疗复杂的面中部骨折10例,1例出现暂时性额肌瘫痪,其余均一期愈合,面部基本对称,咬合关系恢复正常。结论头皮半冠状切口具有切口隐蔽、面部无疤痕、术野清晰等优点,是治疗面中部复杂骨折的理想治疗方法。

Application of semi-coronal incision on midfacial comminution

Objective To explore the application of semi-coronal incision in treatment of midfacial comminution. Methods Ten patients were treated with scalp semi-coronal incision for complex midfacial fractures, which we use ti- tanium splint for rigid internal fixation. Results In these 10 patients, one patient had a temporary frontal muscle paral- ysis, and the other else all had a primary healing, whose facial contours were substantially symmetrical, and whose occluding relation restore well. Conclusion The technology of semi-coronal incision with rigid internal fixation has an advantage at hidden incision, which face does not leave scars. In addition, the surgical area is quite clear. In brief, it is an ideal method for midfacial comminution treatment.
