| 摘 要： | 目的胃癌患者化疗后,测定CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA,观察其变化。方法选择30例胃癌患者,设为观察组,30例正常健康人群,作为对照组,观察组采取化疗,对照组采取安慰剂治疗,观察其疗效及CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA变化和不良反应发生率。结果观察组经化疗后CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA水平均明显下降,与化疗前比较差异明显(P<0.05);CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA水平降低与胃癌病理分期及分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者化疗后,CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA值较化疗前下降,其与病理分期及分化程度相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of CA19-9, CA72-4, CEA in gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy. Methods The 30 cases of gastric cancer patients took chemotherapy as the observation group, 30 healthy people took placebo treatment as the control group, then observed the curative effect and the changes of CA19-9, CA72-4, CEA and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The observation group after chemotherapy, CA19-9, CA72-4, CEA levels were significantly decreased, compared with before chemotherapy （P 〈0.05）; CA19-9, CA72-4, CEA levels were associated with gastric cancer＇pathological staging and the degree of differentiation （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The levels of CA19-9, CA72-4, CEA in gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy are lower than before chemotherapy, and are associated with the pathological staging and differentiation grade. |
