腹腔镜下全子宫切除术和子宫次全切除术效果比较

目的比较腹腔镜下全子宫切除术和子宫次全切除术的疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2013年5月在我院行腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者40例的临床资料。其中性腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者22例,行腹腔镜下次全子宫切除术患者18例。比较两组患者术中和术后恢复情况。结果腹腔镜下子宫次全切患者手术时间短于全切患者,术中出血量少于全切患者,住院时间短于全切患者(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论对于可以保留宫颈的患者,采用腹腔镜下次全切除术治疗具有创伤小、恢复快的优点。

Clinical efficacy of total laparoscopic hysterectomy and subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of total laparoscopic hysterectomy and subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods Retrospective analyzed clinical data of 40 cases with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Twenty cases were treated by total laparoscopic hysterectomy, and 18 cases were treated by subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy. Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results Operation time of group of subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy was shorter than that Of group of total laparoscopic hysterectomy, intraoperatve blood loss was less than group of total laparoscopic hysterectomy, and hospital stay was shorter than group of total laparoscopic hysterectomy（P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. Conclusion Subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy with keeping the cervical for patients shows small wound and early recovery.
