克拉霉素口服联合红霉素软膏外用治疗生殖道支原体感染的疗效分析

目的 探讨克拉霉素口服联合红霉素软膏外用治疗生殖道支原体感染的疗效.方法 选择生殖道支原体培养阳性、对克拉霉素及红霉素敏感、病程较长、既往接受过治疗但症状反复发作的已婚女性患者64例,随机分为红霉素片、克拉霉素口服组（对照组）及红霉素软膏外用、克拉霉素口服组（观察组）各32例,跟踪观察并判断其疗效.结果 克拉霉素口服联合红霉素软膏外用治疗生殖道支原体感染疗效高,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）.结论 克拉霉素口服联合红霉素软膏外用治疗生殖道支原体感染,起效快,疗效好,副反应少,患者乐于接受,值得临床推广.

Efficacy analysis of treating mycoplasma genitalium infection by oral administration of clarithromycin combining with external application of erythromycin ointment

Objective To explore the effects of treating mycoplasma genitalium infection by oral administration of clar- ithromycin combined with external application of erythromycin ointment. Methods A total of 64 married female patients with positive vaginal culture for genital mycoplasmas, who were sensitive to clarithromycin and who had suffered infec- tion for a long time and had already received treatment but still with recurrent symptoms, were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 32 cases in each. The patients of one group （control group） received treatment by oral ad- ministration of erythromycin tablets and clarithromycin, and the patients in another group （observation group） received treatment by oral administration of clarithromycin combined with external application of erythromycin ointment. The ef- fects in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results Better efficacy was observed in the group that received treatment by oral administration of elarithromycin combined with external application of erythromycin ointment and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion Treating mycoplasma genitalium infection by oral administration of clarithromycin combined with external application of erythromycin ointment enjoyed better efficacy and fewer side effects. Besides, it took effect faster and was well accepted by patients. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion for clinical application.
