双歧杆菌三联活菌联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效.方法 选取2012年1月～2013年1月我院门诊非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊口服,对照组单独予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊口服,疗程24周,比较两组肝功能、血脂、空腹血糖数值及肝脏超声评分.结果 治疗组的TBIL、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、CHOL、TG、LDL-C及超声评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;对照组ALT、AST、GGT、CHOL及超声评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组比较ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、TG及超声评分明显降低（P＜0.05）.结论 双歧杆菌三联活菌联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊对改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者肝功能、血脂及超声评分有显著临床疗效.

Clinical efficacy of bifidobacherium triple active bacteria combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline on NASH

Objective To observe the clinical effect of probiotics combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods Eighty non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, probiotics combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline and polyene phosphatidyl choline （as control） were used respectively to observe the variation of hepatic function,serum lipid and ultrasound score after 24 weeks therapy. Results TBIL, ALT, AST, ALP ,GGT ,CHOL,TG ,LDL-C and ultrasound score were improved by probi- otics combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline. ALT,AST,GGT,CHOL and ultrasound score were improved by polyene phosphatidyl choline. ALT, AST, ALP, GGT,TG and ultrasound score in the treated group were improved better than the control group. Conclusion Probiotics combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline improved the clinical effect on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
