围手术期护理干预对胃癌伴血糖异常患者的效果分析

目的 探讨胃癌伴血糖异常患者在围手术期实施护理干预后的临床效果.方法 研究中的86例胃癌伴血糖异常患者均于2011年7月～2013年7月来我院就诊并分为研究组及对照组各43例.对照组实施对症治疗及常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施术前及术后护理等围手术期护理措施.结果 两组患者术中及术后的血糖水平均明显低于术前（P＜0.05）,研究组术中及术后的血糖水平、低血糖发生率及术后并发症发生率与对照组比较明显较低,而手术耐受优良率则较高,切口愈合时间及住院时间均较短（P＜0.05）.结论 胃癌伴血糖异常患者在围手术期实施护理措施能够有效控制围手术期血糖水平,并发症发生率降低,预后得到显著改善.

Effect of perioperative nursing intervention on cancer patients with abnormal blood glucose

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the cancer patients with abnormal blood glucose in the peri- operative period after the implementation nursing intervention. Methods There were 86 cases of gastric cancer patients with abnormal blood glucose in this study, they were selected from July 2011 to July 2013 period in our hospital, all of them were divided into the study group and the control group included 43 cases, the control group were given symp- tomatic treatment and implementing routine care, the study group were implemented on the basis of preoperative and postoperative care perioperative care measures. Results The blood glucose levels in two groups intraoperative and post- operative were significantly lower than before surgery （P 〈 0.05）, Intraoperative and postoperative blood glucose levels, The incidence of hypoglycemia, incidence of postoperative complications in the study group were significantly lower than the control group, while the rate of surgical excellent tolerability was significantly higher than the control group, wound healing time and hospital stay were significantly shorter（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of glucose in pa- tients with perioperative nursing interventions can be implemented to make the patienVs perioperative its effective con- trol of blood glucose levels, reduce the incidence of complications, the prognosis has been significantly improved.
