| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颈动脉硬化超声表现对冠心病诊断的价值.方法 选择疑诊冠心病患者83例,行颈动脉高频彩超探查并与冠脉造影结果比较,分析颈动脉粥样硬化超声表现与冠心病诊断的相关性.结果 颈动脉粥样硬化组其冠脉造影的阳性率明显大于颈动脉正常组,特别是颈动脉弥漫性粥样硬化患者的冠心病发生率较高.结论 颈动脉粥样硬化与冠状动脉粥样硬化密切相关,颈动脉弥漫性硬化对冠心病的诊断有较高的符合率,可以初步预测冠心病的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic performance of carotid atherosclerosis for diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 83 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were selected and given high-fre- quency color doppler ultrasound on the carotid artery and coronary angiography. The results were compared to analyze the correlation between ultrasonic performance of carotid atherosclerosis and diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Re- suits The group with carotid atherosclerosis had higher positive rate of coronary heart disease under coronary angiogra- phy than the group with normal carotid artery. Patients with diffuse carotid atherosclerosis had relatively high incidence of coronary heart disease. Conclusion Carotid atherosclerosis is closely related to coronary atherosclerosis. Diffuse coronary atherosclerosis has high accordance with diagnosis of coronary heart disease thus it could be used for prelimi- nary prediction of coronary heart disease. |
