2型糖尿病住院患者慢性并发症患病率及相关因素分析

目的了解抚顺地区2型糖尿病住院患者慢性并发症发病情况及相关危险因素。方法收集2013年1~7月住院的750例2型糖尿病患者的临床及实验室检查资料并进行统计学分析。结果 750例患者的各种糖尿病并发症患病率为:大血管并发症66.27%,糖尿病视网膜病34.40%,糖尿病肾病27.73%,糖尿病周围神经病60.80%,总患病率77.33%。糖尿病慢性并发症危险因素主要包括年龄、糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、空腹胰岛素、空腹甘油三酯、空腹低密度脂蛋白等。结论抚顺地区2型糖尿病住院患者慢性并发症患病率水平较高,须引起重视。高危因素主要包括高龄、长期糖尿病病程、血糖控制不佳、肥胖、血脂异常等。

Prevalence and risk factors of chronic complications of patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the prevalence rates of chronic diabetic complications in the inpatients with type 2 diabetes in Fushun region and their risk factors. Methods Clinical and laboratory data of 750 inpatients with type 2 di- abetes from Jan to Jul 2013 were selected and analyzed. Results Among the 750 inpatients, the prevalence rates of chronic complications were 66.27% for macrovascular complications, 34.40% for diabetic retinopathy, 27.73% for dia- betic nephropathy, 60.80% for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The total prevalence rate was 77.33%. The risk factors related to chronic diabetic complications wereage,the duration of diabetes, HbAlc, body mass index, fasting insulin, fasting triglyceride, fasting low density lipoprotein etc. Conclusion The prevalence rates of chronic complications of in- patients with type 2 diabetes are rather high in Fushun region,should be attached enough importance. Advanced age, long term of diabetes, poor blood glycemie control, obesity and dyslipidemia are the risk factors.
