| 摘 要： | 目的探讨左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效。方法将152例CAP患者随机分为观察组78例和对照组74例,分别给予左氧氟沙星和阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,观察两组患者疗效。结果观察组临床症状及体征改善时间、临床疗效及细菌清除率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星序贯疗法治疗CAP具有疗效好、见效快、抗菌作用强等优点,且安全性较好,值得临床借鉴采用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effects of levofloxacin in treatment of the community acquired pneumonia （CAP）. Methods The 152 patients were randomly divided into the groups of observation with 78 cases and control group with 74 cases, with levofloxacin and azithromycin sequential therapy respectively. The effects were observed. Results The clinical symptoms, time of sign improvement, clinical potency and bacterial clearance rate in observation group were better than contral group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Levofloxacin sequential therapy can treat CAP quickly and effectively while being highly antibiotic and safe, qualifying itself as a good choice for clinical use. |
