| 摘 要： | 目的 研究磁共振T2WI饱和脂肪抑制和弥散加权成像(DWI)在视神经炎诊断中的作用.方法 回顾性分析经临床诊断为视神经炎患者17例,所有患者均行常规眼眶MRI轴位、矢状位成像及眶部冠状位T2WI脂肪抑制序列和横轴位DWI检查.结果 17例患者在眼眶常规MRI检查中视神经未发现病变,而在冠状位T2WI脂肪抑制序列中发现视...

| Abstract: | Objective o explore the clinical value of MRI saturated fat suppression T2WI and DWI in diagnosis of optic neuritis. Methods Seventeen patients with optic neuritis confirmed by clinic diagnosis were examined with orbital axis and sagittal views of convention magnetic resonance imaging,coronal views of saturated fat suppression T2 WI and axis views of DWI. Results All orbital convention maguetic resonance images showed no obvious lesion,while it was found that tile signal of nervus opticus became higher on eoronal views of saturated fat suppression T2Wl,and the signal was restricted to diffuse on DWI. Conclusion Coronal saturated fat suppression T2WI and axis DW1 are atraumatic,simple and reliable methods for diagnosing optic neuritis. |
