缺血性结肠炎28例临床分析

背景：近年缺血性结肠炎的患病率呈增高的趋势．其临床表现不典型，并发症多，误诊率、死亡率高。目的：总结缺血性结肠炎的临床特征．以提高其诊治水平。方法：收集2005年8月-2010年7月中南大学湘雅二医院收治的28例缺血性结肠炎住院患者的资料．从年龄、基础疾病、临床表现、实验室检查、内镜下特点、治疗等方面进行回顾性分析。结果：缺血性结肠炎多发生于合并心血管疾病的女性老年患者，多为急性或亚急性起病，主要临床表现为腹痛，多数患者大便隐血试验阳性，结肠镜下可见黏膜充血、糜烂、溃疡形成，治疗后病情明显好转。结论：对有心血管疾病的老年患者出现腹痛、血便时，应考虑缺血性结肠炎的可能，及时行结肠镜检查进一步证实，并予以积极有效的治疗。
