| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of BRCA1 ,EGFR,CK5/6 in triple negative breast cancer（TNBC） and their clinical significance. Methods Thirty-eight cases of TNBC （ experimental group） and 60 eases of non-TNBC （ the control group） were collected from April 2005 to April 2006 in Weifang People＇s Hospital. Expression of BRCA1 , EGFR,CK5/6 was detected by immunohistochemistry and their significance was analyzed. Results The expression rate of BRCA1 in TNBC was lower than that in non-TNBC group（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the expression rate of EGFR and CK5/6 in TNBC was higher than that of non-TNBC group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The expression of BRCA1 was correlated with the TNM stage and lymph node metastasis,and the expression of EGFR and CK5/6 was correlated with lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Low expression level of BRCA1 and high expression level of EGFR and CK5/6 might be correlated with the poor prognosis of TNBC. EGFR can be used as a molecular target in TNBC. |
