利百素对术中静滴甘露醇所致静脉炎的防治作用

目的:观察利百素对静滴甘露醇所致静脉炎的防治作用。方法:78例神经外科手术患者被分为利百素组和常规组,利百素组患者在静脉穿刺成功后,固定针头覆盖针眼,将利百素凝胶适量涂抹于静脉穿刺点周围及沿穿刺点血管向上走行涂擦,每2h1次,至手术结束;常规组则不做此处理。观察患者术中静滴甘露醇250~500mL后静脉炎的发生情况。结果:与常规组相比,利百素组静脉炎发生率显著降低(P <0.01,χ2=43.18,P=0.0001)。结论:预防性应用利百素凝胶可以减少静脉炎的发生。

Therapeutic Effect of Geparil-gel on Phlebitis Incidence When Infusing Mannitol in patients undergoing Brain Surgery During Operation

Objective: Infusing mannitol always leads to the symptoms of phlebitis such as redness, swelling, hotness, and pain. The study was to observe effect of reparil-gel on phlebitis incidence. Methods: 78 cases with brain tumor or brain trauma were randomly divided into two groups: reparil-gel group and control group. 20% mannitol 250-500ml were used in all patients. In reparil-gel group, after the needle was inserted, reparil-gel was used near the point of acupuncture once every two hours until the end of operation. Results: Compared with control group, phlebitis incidence in reparil-gel group was lowered markedly (P <0.01,χ2=43.18,P =0.0001).Con-clusion: Reparil-gel can decrease the occurrence of phlebitis when infusing mannitol.
