摘    要:目的:探讨气道阻力和比气道传导率测定在哮喘缓解期患者支气管舒张试验中的变化及诊断价值。方法:应用体积描记仪对70例哮喘缓解期患者进行气道阻力(airway resistance,Raw)、比气道传导率(specific conductance,SGaw)、1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)测定。吸入沙丁胺醇后,观察上述指标的变化。结果:吸入沙丁胺醇前后Raw、SGaw及FEV1差异有显著性意义(P〈0.001,P〈0.001,P〈0.05)。FVC无变化。结论:气道阻力、比气道传导率测定可作为气道高反应性的诊断。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the changes of airway resistance(Raw) and specific airway conductance(SGaw) in asthmatic patients and the diagnostic value.Methods: Raw,SGaw,FEV_1 and FVC were measured using body plethysmograph and after Salbutamol Aerosol were inhaled in 70 asthmatic patients,the changes of the above parameters were observed.Results: There was significant difference in Raw,SGaw and FEV_1 before and after inhalation of Salbutamol Aerosol(P<0.001,P<0.001 and P<0.05 respectively),but there was no significant difference in FVC.Conclusion: Measurements of Raw and SGaw was helpful for the diagnosis of asthma.
