| Abstract: | T138067 is a new compound synthesized on the basis of sulfonamide drugs. It becomes one of the hotspots in the anti-tumor drugs study because of its binding to microtubule uniquely. This paper reviews research advancement on the anti-tumor mechanism, anti-multidrug resistance of T138067 and its clinic research. |
