护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复的影响

目的探讨护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复的影响。方法收集2006年1月～2012年12月在我院住院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者99例，按照护理方法的不同分为实验组49例、对照组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理；实验组患者在对照组基础上增加手术前、手术日、手术后的系统护理干预。结果实验组患者在切口疼痛时间、腹胀时间及对护理质量满意度等方面疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：且患者首次肠蠕动时间、肠排气时间以及住院时间明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施健康教育，可以缩短住院时间，提高对护理工作质量的满意度。

Influence of nursing intervention on the postoperative recovery of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on the postoperative recovery of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Selected 99 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients admitted into our hospital from January 2006 to December 2012, they were divided into experimental group （49 cases） and control group （50 cases） according to the different method of nursing. The control group were treated by routine nursing, while the experimental group were treated by systematic nursing intervention before surgery, in surgical day and after surgery on the basis of control group. Results The time of incision pain, abdominal distension, and satisfactory degree of nursing care in ex- perimental group were better than control group, the difference were statistically significant （/9 〈 0.05）. And the first bowel movement time, intestinal ventilation time and hospital stay time were better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of health education in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, can shorten the hospital stay time, improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
