中药组方“涌乳散”治疗产后泌乳障碍的临床研究

目的观察中药组方“涌乳散”治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法选择产后泌乳障碍缺乳患者102例，采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组患者的年龄、产后泌乳障碍病程等均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组服用中药组方“涌乳散”，对照组予安慰剂，6d为一个疗程，观察比较两组治疗前后临床症状、泌乳量、补乳量、新生儿体质量。结果治疗组总有效率92．3％，对照组总有效率56．0％。两组产妇治疗后泌乳量均有增加，与治疗前比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后产妇泌乳量、补乳量、新生儿体质量与对照组比较，均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论中药组方“涌乳散”治疗产妇缺乳有理想的临床疗效。

Clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine ＂Yongquan powder＂ for treatment of lactation obstacles

Objective To observe the effect of ＂Yongquan powder＂ treatment of a postpartum clinical efficacy. Methods Milk missing 102 patients, divided into a treatment group and the control group, patients patient age, duration not sta tistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Treatment group taking medicine＂Yongquan powder＂placebo control group, for a course of six days, the two groups were compared treatment outcomes. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.3%, the total effective rate of the control group was 56.0%. all after the treatment of the two groups of maternal milk secretion increase was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, compared with before treatment; after treatment, the treat- ment group and the control group to compare maternal milk supply, milk supplementation, birth weight was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Chinese medicine ＂Yongquan powder＂ treatment of maternal milk missing the desired effect.
