缬沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病120例

目的研究缬沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床应用。方法选取我院240例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象，并随机分为观察组与对照组各120例，观察组常规应用缬沙坦降蛋白尿，对照组在观察组的基础上加用前列地尔改善微循环，两周为一个疗程，经过两个疗程的治疗后，观察患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果经过两个疗程的治疗后观察组患者症状评分、尿白蛋白排泄率明显低于对照组，观察组显效44例，有效42例，无效34例，总有效率82．50％；对照组显效38例，有效61例，无效21例，总有效率71．67％；观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论缬沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病能显著降低蛋白尿，并改善糖尿病。肾病的高凝状态，有利于提高肾小球的滤过率。延缓肾功能衰竭。

Valsartan and alprostad il in treatment of 120 cases of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To study the clinical effect of valsartan and alprostadil in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods The 120 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were selected for the study,all patients were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group ;observation group were treated with valsartan lowering proteinuria and control group were treated with plus alprostadil improve micmcirculation on basis of the observation group. Two groups were treated for two weeks, the effect was compared. Results The symptom score and urinary albumin excre- tion rate was significantly lower than the control group after two weeks,observation group was 42 cases of effective, 34 cases of ineffective,total effective rate was 82.50%, control group was 38 cases of effective, 61 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 71.67%; observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan alprostadil treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce proteinuria, and improve diabetic nephropathy hypercoagulable state, help to improve the glomerular filtration rate, delaying renal failure.
