两种方法修复手指末端皮肤软组织缺损的临床研究

目的对V—Y推进皮瓣、指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣两种方法修复手指末端皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果进行研究。方法选取我科2011年3月～2012年11月收治的17例18指末端皮肤软组织缺损患者，对其使用V—Y推进皮瓣、指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣进行修复，对治疗效果进行研究。结果17例18指皮瓣全部存活，对患者进行随访3～12个月，1例1指皮瓣感觉稍迟钝，18指外观及活动功能均满意，满意率100％。结论应用V—Y推进皮瓣、指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣两种方法修复手指末端软组织缺损，能有效保留患指长度，且功能和外形满意，是治疗手指末端皮肤软组织缺损有效且安全的两种方法。

Efficacy of two methods in healing skin and soft tissue defect in fingertip

Objective To have research on the efficacy performance for surgical operation therapy of skin and soft tis- sue defect in fingertip with V-Y advacement flap ＆ pedical reverse island flaps of dorsal digital artery. Methods To have research on the therapeutic effects among the 17 patients who have skin and soft tissue defect in the 18 fingertp in our section from March, 2011 to November, 2012 with V-Y advacement flap ＆ pedical reverse island flaps of dor- sal digital artery. Results After 3 to 12 months＇ postoperative follow up, all patients recovered with good healing and they were 100% satisfied with the treatment even though 1 felt a little torpor of the flap. Conclusion It is functionally and externally satisfactory to use V-Y advacement flap ＆ pedical reverse island flaps of dorsal digital artery in healing skin and tissue defect in fingertip which can also retain the length of the finger of the patient.
