二次电切对T1G3期膀胱癌复发的影响

目的探讨二次电切对T1G3膀胱癌复发的影响。方法130例膀胱肿瘤电切术后病理证实为T1G3期膀胱癌患者，按不同治疗方式分成两组：实验组65例患者为首次膀胱肿瘤电切术后4～6周行第二次膀胱电切术外加丝裂霉素膀胱灌注化疗；对照组65例患者为首次膀胱肿瘤电切术后应用丝裂霉素膀胱灌注化疗。所有患者术后每3个月行膀胱镜复查，记录肿瘤复发情况。结果随访24个月，实验组复发24例，复发率为36．92％，对照组复发38例，复发58．46％，两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组经二次电切后其复发肿瘤与对照组相比数目少、体积小、无疾病进展、生存期长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论二次电切可降低T1G3期膀胱癌复发率。

The influence of repeat transurethral resection on recurrence in patients with T1G3 tumors of the bladder

Objective To explore the influence of repeat transurethral resection on recurrence in patients with T1G3 tumors of the bladder. Methods A total of 130 cases of T1G3 bladder tumor were divided into two groups according to different treatment.65 cases in re-TUR group were received repeat transurethral resection plus intravesical mitomycin chemotherapy after four or six weeks from first transurethral resection of bladder tumor （TURBT）.65 cases in control group were received intravesical mitomyein chemotherapy after initial TURBT. Cystoscopy was done in each case Mter TURBT every three months to confirm tumor recurrence or not. Results After 24 months of follow-up, there were 24 cases of recurrence in re-TUR group and 38 cases of recurrence in control group. The recurrent rate was 36.92% and 58.46% respectively. There was statistically significant difference between re-TUR group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. In contrast to control group, recurrent tumors were fewer on number, smaller on volume and longer on disease-free survival in re-TUR group. It was statistical difference on characteristics of recurrent tumors between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Repeat transurethral resection can decrease recurrent rate of patients with T1G3 bladder tumors.
