家庭病床服务对社区高血压患者防治效果的分析

目的探讨家庭病床服务模式下高血压患者的防治效果情况。方法选取深圳市宝安区某社区健康服务中心高血压患者200例为研究对象，分为研究组与对照组各100例，对照组给予常规药物治疗．研究组在给予常规药物治疗基础上使用家庭病床服务模式管理，均随访半年。结果研究组对照高血压病防治知识及自我保健能力方面平均提高98．5％，高血压自测率提高95．6％，体重指数（BMI）平均（27．6±2．5）kg／m^2，血压（129±13）／（80±11）mmHg；对照组高血压病防治知识及自我保健能力方面平均提高64．6％，高血压自测率提高85．4％，BMI平均（32．0±0．7）kg／m^2，血压（167±19）／（114±17）mmHg；两组之间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论家庭病床服务模式能够防治高血压病，能提高疗效和提高患者的生活质量，值得社区卫生推广。

Analysis of the control effect of domestic sickbed service to community hypertension patients

Objective To discusse the regional domestic sickbed service model of community hypertension prevention effect. Methods Selected 200 cases with hypertension patients in Shenzhen Baoan district community health service center as the research object. They were divided into research group and the control group （n = 100）. The control group was given routine drug therapy while the research group given conventional drug therapy based on the use of regional domestic sickbed service mode intervention. All patients were followed up for six months. Results The research group hypertension prevention and control knowledge and self health care ability increased by 98.5% on average, hypertension self-test rate increased by 95.6%, Body mass index （BMI） average of （27.6±2.5）kg/m2, hypertension was （129±13）/（80±11） mm Hg. The control group hypertension prevention and control knowledge and self health care ability increased by 64.6% on average, hypertension self-test rate increased by 85.4%. Body mass index （BMI） average of （32.0±2.7） kg/m2, hypertension was （167±19）/（114±17） mm Hg, Differences between two groups was significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Domestic sickbed service model could control hypertension, could improve curative effect and improve patients＂ quality of life, worthy of community health promotion.
