肋间神经阻滞联合双氯酚酸钠栓剂在开胸术后镇痛中的应用

目的探讨肋间神经阻滞联合双氯酚酸钠栓剂在开胸术后镇痛中的应用价值。方法收集我院自2012年1月～2013年1月收治的择期进行开胸手术的患者70例，分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用肋间神经阻滞联合双氯酚酸钠栓剂进行术后镇痛，对照组仅给予双氯芬酸钠栓剂进行镇痛，分别于术后6、24、48h对两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）和舒适状态评分（BCS）进行比较。结果两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）和舒适状态评分（BCS）于术后6、24、48h比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论肋问神经阻滞联合双氯酚酸钠栓剂在开胸术后镇痛效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

The application of analgesia after thoracotomy by intercostals nerve block combined with diclofenac sodium suppositories

Objective To investigate the application value of intercostals nerve block combined with diclofenac sodium suppositories in thoracotomy postoperative analgesia. Methods Collected 70 cases of patients with selective thoracoto- my in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013, the patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group were treated by intercostal nerve block combined with diclofenac sodium suppositories for postoperative analgesia, while the control group were only given diclofenac sodium suppositories, the VAS and BCS of the two groups in 6, 24, 48 hours were compared after operation respectively. Results The differences of VAS and BCS of the two groups in 6, 24, 48 hours after operation were statistically significant （/9 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The anal- gesic effect of intercostal nerve block combined with diclofenac sodium suppositories in thoracotomy postoperative analgesia is significant, and it＇s worthy of clinical widespread use.
