栀子胜奇散联合氟尿嘧啶结膜下注射治疗翼状胬肉对术后角膜上皮的影响

目的探讨栀子胜奇散联合氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）结膜下注射治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法53例（57眼）患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，两组均给予翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术，术后治疗组在对照组用药基础上给予栀子胜奇散口服，观察并比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗组每天角膜上皮平均愈合速率均较对照组快．术后并发症较少，治疗组角膜上皮平均痊愈时间为（77．4±11．6）h，而对照组角膜上皮平均痊愈时间为（136．5±14．3）h。两者差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论栀子胜奇散联合氟尿嘧啶结膜下注射对翼状胬肉术后角膜上皮缺损具有良好的治疗效果。

Clinical analysis of subconjunctival fluorouracil injection combined with Zhizishengqi San in the treatment of postoperative pterygium corneal ep- ithelial injury

Objective To observe the clinical effect of subconjunctival 5-fluorouracil injection combined with Zhizishengqi San on the postoperative pterygium corneal epithelial injury. Methods Fifty-three patients （57 eyes） with pterygium underwent pterygium excision and limbal stem cell transplantation. After operation the treatment group used Zhizishengqi San daily and subconjunctival 5-fluorouracil injection every two days on the administration basis of con- trol group. All cases were followed up for 1 week than in control group with less complication.The Results Corneal epithelium restoration was faster in treatment group healing time of corneal epithelium exhibited significant diference be- tween the treatment group and control group（P 〈 0.01 ）.Conclusion Subconjunctival 5-fluorouracil injection combined with Zhizishengqi San is a promising method for treatment of postoperative pterygium corneal epithelial injury.
