| 摘 要： | 耐多药结核病是目前全球结核控制工作最主要的威胁之一，其治疗失败率高、死亡率高，有成为不治之症的可能。耐多药结核病的出现和流行是造成结核病疫情回升的主要原因之一。目前，针对耐多药结核病的发病原因及机制、预防及治疗方案的研究不断提出，现就耐多药结核病的相关研究及进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Muhidrug resistant tuberculosis （MDR-TB） is one of the most serious obstacles for global tuberculosis control. Treatment prognosis in MDR-TB patients remains doubtful because of a high frequency of treatment failure, death, and the potential of becoming an incurable disease. Epidemic of MDR-TB may contribute to the raise of tuber- culosis prevalence in the world. A series of progress on the mechanism of drug resistance, prevention and treatment regimens of MDR-TB have been achieved. |
