| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在腘窝囊肿诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析19例经手术、病理证实的腘窝囊肿患者声像图特点。结果19例21个病灶囊壁和分隔不规则增厚，19例囊腔内透声差，呈细密点状弱回声；彩色多普勒显示增厚的囊壁及分隔内未探及血流信号。结论腘窝囊肿的彩色多普勒（CDFI）声像图表现有一定特征性，可作为腘窝囊肿的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of Color Doppler ultrasound （CDFI） in the diagnosis of popliteal cysts. Methotis Ultrasonographic findings in 15 cases with popliteal cysts confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among ultrasonic findings of popliteal cysts 19 cases with 21 lesions had irregular thickening cystic wall and septum,there were 19 case with limous cystic spaces which showed meticulous and punctiform weak echo. The signal of blood flow could not be found in thickening cystic wall and septum by color Dopplar ultrasonography. Conclusion CDFI images of popliteal cysts are haracteristic, and ultrasound can be the preferential procedure for the diagnosis o f this disease. |
