妇科门诊细菌性阴道病发病率和影响因素分析

目的影响分析妇科门诊细菌性阴道病（BV）发病率和影响因素。方法选择1580例在我院门诊进行细菌性阴道炎检查的女性作为研究对象，计算各年龄段的发病率。将确诊的421例作为确诊病理实验组，另选择健康育龄妇女421人为对照组，运用Logistic非条件单因素分析以下几个因素和BV的关系：文化程度、阴道内灌洗、坐式马桶、阴道清洁度、非月经期使用护垫、阴道节育器、口交习惯、使用避孕套、在公共浴室洗澡。结果门诊1580例检查女性中有421例（26．65％）检出有细菌性阴道炎。21～30岁年龄段的BV发病率最高（15．63％）。〉60岁年龄段的发病率最低（2．59％）。各年龄段发病率经统计学卡方检验分析，差异有统计学意义（X／=15．95，P〈0．05）。其中文化程度（小学及以下程度）、阴道内灌洗、阴道清洁度、非月经期使用护垫、安放阴道节育器、口交习惯、使用避孕套与BV有统计学关系（P〈0．05）。结论妇科门诊细菌性阴道炎检出率为26．65％。教育程度、阴道内灌洗、阴道清洁度、非月经期使用护垫、阴道节育器、口交、避孕套的使用都是细菌性阴道病的影响因素。

Survey of the morbidity and influencing factors of bacterial vaginosis in outpatients of gynaecology

Objective To survey and analyze the morbidity and influencing factors of bacterial vaginosis （BV） in outpa- tients of gynaeeology. Methods Selected 1580 bacterial vaginitis examination women in our hospital outpatient and di- vided into two groups. Calculated the age incidence. Used logistic unconditional univariate analysis several factors and BV： culture degree, the vaginal lavage, the use of sit type closestool, cleanliness, non menstrual used protective pad, vaginal, oral habits, IUD the use of condoms in public bathroom. Results BV was the most check-out in 21-30 ages women and least in women over 60 ages. The education inadequacy, vagina douche, abnormal vaginal cleanness, using the pads in the menstrual period, the intrauterine device, oral sex, sexing without condom had significant connection with BV. Conclusion The detection rate of BV is 26.65%. Education, vagina douche, vaginal cleanness, pads-using in the menstrual period, the intrauterine device, oral sex, condom-using are the influencing factors.
