河北省农村社区成年居民慢性代谢性疾病流行现状调查

目的 了解河北省农村居民慢性代谢性疾病和代谢综合征现患状况。方法 通过随机抽样对藁城市梅花镇5892名25岁以上居民进行了横断面调查，比较不同年龄、性别居民各种慢性代谢性疾病和代谢综合征患病率。结果 藁城市农村25岁以上居民慢性代谢性疾病患病率为72．3％；中心型肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中、血脂异常患病率分别为47．3％、39．4％、5．8％、4．7％、2．1％和28．0％；同时具有至少3种上述疾病特征的代谢综合征患病率为14．2％；不同性别、不同年龄居民各种慢性代谢性疾病和代谢综合征患病率间差别有显著性意义。结论 农村居民慢性代谢性疾病流行现状不容乐观，亟须加强居民特别是青年男性和中、老年女性的慢性代谢性疾病预防、控制工作。

A Prevalent State Survey on Adult Residents with Chronic Metabolic Diseases in the Rural Communities of Hebei Province

Objective To estimate the prevalence of chronic metabolic diseases and the metabolic syndrome among adults in the rural communities of Hebei Province.Methods 5 892 residents aged over 25 from Meihua Community of Gaocheng City in Hebei Province were selected by random sampling, and a cross sectional survey was carried out to compare the rate of all kinds of chronic metabolic diseases and the metabolic syndrome in residents with different ages, sexes in May 2002.Results The prevalence of total chronic metabolic diseases was 72.3%. The prevalence of each chronic metabolic disease was 47.3%,39.4%,5.8%,4.7%,2.1%,28.0%,respectively for obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart diseases, stroke and hyperlipidemia, and it varied in different age groups and sex groups. The prevalence of the metabolic syndrome containing at least three of the above chronic metabolic diseases was 14.2%, and it rose with age in men and in women .Conclusion The prevalence of chronic metabolic diseases and the metabolic syndrome in the rural community were serious. It was urgent to enforce the work of preventing and controlling these chronic metabolic diseases for the residents especially for the middle and old women after middle age and the young men.
