| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨温州地区丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染者的HCV的基因型特征。方法：采用RT巢式-PCR法，对62例HCV-IgG阳性者进行HCV-RNA的检测及基因分型。结果：62例研究者中，HCV基因型1b单阳性率为35．48％，基因型2a单阳性率为3．23％，1b和2a双阳性率为61．29％，1b总阳性率为96．77％，2a总阳性率为50％。结论：温州地区HCV的基因型以1b型占优势，并且基因型1b和2a混合感染率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the feature of HCV genotypes in Wenzhou district. Methods：HCV-RNA of 62 HCV-IgG positive patients were detected and HCV genotyping was performed using RT-nested PCR. Results：Among 62 subjects, the percentage of genotype lb single positive was 35.48%, the percentage of genotype 2a single positive was 3.23 %, the percentage of lb and 2a co-infection was 61.29 % ,the percentage of total lb infection was 96.77%, the percentage of total 2a infection was 50%. Conclusion： There were genotype lb and 2a in Wenzhou district, while lb genotype was the majority, and the rate of lb and 2a co-infection was high. |
