无痛导尿术在妇产科患者中的应用研究

目的探讨无痛导尿术在妇产科的应用效果。方法选取200例需要留置导尿管的妇产科住院成年患者，随机分为实验组和对照组各100例，对照组常规双腔气囊尿管导尿，实验组使用舒泰麻醉润滑剂润滑小儿气囊导尿管导尿，比较2组尿路刺激征、心率、血压改变、尿管脱出、管周漏尿、尿路感染情况。结果实验组尿路刺激征、心率、血压情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；尿管脱出、管周漏尿及尿路感染情况2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论舒泰麻醉润滑剂润滑小儿气囊导尿管为成年女性留置尿管，能阻断置管期间的尿路刺激反应，可改变传统导尿和留置尿管时的缺点，减轻患者痛苦。

Application of skills training for self-medication program in rehabilitation of community schizophrenia patients

Objective To probe the clinical application effect of indolent catheterization technique in gynecology and obstetrics department. Methods We divided 200 adult patients into the test group and the control group.Conventional double channel balloon catheters were used in the control group while children＇s balloon catheters lubricated by Shutai anesthesia lubricant were introduced into the test group. Then we compared the urethral irritation symptom,heart rate, blood pressure,ureter out,urine leakage around ureter and urinary tract infection between the two groups. Results The outcomes of urethral irritation symptom,heart rate and blood pressure in the test group were superior than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05,P 〈0.01 ）.But no differences were seen in ureter out,urine leakage around ureter and urinary tract infection between the two groups（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of children＇s balloon catheters lubricated by Shutai anesthesia lubricant for adult female with indwelling urethral catheterization could block urethral irritation and overcome shortcomings of conventional ureter to alleviated pain of patients.
