针刺对加皮葛根饮抗大鼠酒精性肝损伤的协同作用

目的 观察针刺与中药复方加皮葛根饮对早期酒精性肝损伤大鼠的治疗作用，探讨“针药并举”协同增效的作用机制。方法 采用白酒灌胃加高脂肪饲料法建立早期酒精性肝病(ALD)大鼠模型，观察单纯中药、单纯针刺、针刺与中药合用三种治疗方法对大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AsT)，甘油三酯、总胆固醇以及肝脏超微结构的影响。结果 针刺与加皮葛根饮合用在抑制肝细胞的脂肪变性，减少脂滴在肝细胞的沉积，恢复肝细胞功能等方面均优于单纯中药组及单纯针刺组。结论 “针药并举”协同增效的机理可能与针刺增加药物到达靶器官的有效成分浓度，增加药物与相应受体的接触机会与亲和力有关。

Synergistic Effect of Acupuncture on Acanthopanax Bark and Pueraria Root Drink Against Rat Alcoholic Liver Injury

Objective To investigate the curative effects of acupuncture and compound acanthopanax bark and pueraria root drink on rat early alcoholic liver injury and the mechanism of the synergistic action of acupuncture and herbs.Methods A rat model of early alcoholic liver disease (ALD) was made by white spirit lavage and high fat diet.The influences of simple herbs,simple acupuncture and combined acupuncture and herbs were observed on serum alanine transaminase (ALT),aspartate transaminase (AST),triglyceride and total cholesterol,and hepatic ultrastructure in the rats.Results The combined use of acupuncture and acanthopanax bark and pueraria root drink was better than simple herbs and simple acupuncture in inhibiting hepatocellular fatty degeneration,reducing hepatocellular fat deposit and restoring liver function. Conclusion The mechanism of the synergistic action of acupuncture and herbs may be related to that acupuncture increases the concentration of the herbal effective components into the target organ,and the chance of contact and an affinity between the herbal medicine and the corresponding receptor.
