| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期酒精暴露对子鼠海马神经元凋亡的影响。方法:采用C57BL/6J小鼠,从妊娠母鼠第5 d酒精灌胃直至小鼠出生;采用原位末端标记(TUNEL)法观察P0、P7和P14小鼠海马神经元的凋亡。结果:酒精实验组凋亡指数明显高于对照组(P<0.01),高剂量酒精组明显高于低剂量组(P<0.01)。结论:妊娠期酒精暴露可导致子鼠海马神经元凋亡,且有剂量依赖性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study effects of alcohol exposure during pregnancy on neuroapoptosis of hippocampus in filial mice.Methods: Clean-grade C57BL/6J mice were used,Pregnant female mice were fed by intubating alcohol daily,beginning on E5(embryonic,E) and continuing through the pup's birth.The neuroapoptosis in P0,P7 and P14 hippocampus were visualized by Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase biotin-dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) staining.Results: Apoptosis index in alcohol treatment groups was obviously higher than that in control group(p<0.01),and apoptosis index in high-dose alcohol group was higher than that in low-dose alcohol group(p<0.01).Conclusion: Prenatal alcohol exposure can induce neuroapoptosis in the developing hippocampus of mice with dose-dependency and has the long-term effects. |
