进展期胃癌术前介入化疗的临床观察

目的观察进展期胃癌根治性手术合并术前介入治疗的临床疗效和病理变化。方法对23例进展期胃癌患者进行术前介入化疗,根据癌灶部位进行选择性动脉插管,FCM方案(5-FU500～1000 mg,顺铂20～40 mg,丝裂霉素6～10 mg),第二疗程后8～14天进行手术治疗;同期对23例进展期胃癌患者直接手术治疗作为对照。术后对切除标本进行组织病理学检查,同时观察术后生存率。结果介入治疗组织病理学改变总有效率为73.91%。两组术后生存率比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论胃癌术前介入治疗是一种安全有效、切实可行的辅助治疗方法。

Clinical observation of preoperative interventional chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer

OBJECTIVE To observe clinical curative effect and pathological change of interventional therapy before radical surgery of advanced gastric cancer（AGC）.METHODS 23 patients with AGC received preoperative interventional chemotherapy,and selectivity according to the location of cancer-focus.Program of FCM（5-Fu 500～1000mg,Cisplatin 20～40mg,Mitomycin 6～10mg）,all patients were performed operation 8～14 days after the second course of treatment;23 patients with AGC were derectly performed operation as controls.Histopathological of excision specimens were examined and the survival rate was investigated.RESULTS The total effective rate of histopathological with interventional therapy was 73.91%.The survival rate between two groups was statistics difference（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Preoperative interventional therapy of gastric cancer is safe,effective and practicable aid therapy method.
