利奈唑胺治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎患者临床疗效

目的观察利奈唑胺治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎患者临床疗效。方法选择老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎患者32例,应用利奈唑胺钠注射液0.6 g,静脉滴注,1次/12 h,90 min滴入,连用10～14 d,观察其临床疗效、细菌清除率、肝肾功能和血常规变化、不良反应。结果利奈唑胺治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎临床治愈率62.50%,有效率81.25%,细菌清除率62.50%;治疗过程中对血常规、肝肾功能无明显影响,无明显不良反应。结论利奈唑胺作为一种安全性较高的药物,治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎患者效果较好。

Effects of linezolid in the treatment of 32 senile patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus

Objective To observe the clinical effects of linezolid on ventilator-associated pneumonia induced by methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus（ MRSA）. Methods Thirty-two senile patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia induced by MRSA were chosen for the study. Venous infusion of linezolid at a dosage of 0. 6 g was administered within 90 minutes every 12 h for a succession of 10- 14 day. Then,observations were made on the clinical effects,bacteria clearance rate,heptorenal function,changes in blood routine and adverse drug reactions as well. Results Cure rate of linezolid was 62. 50%,effective rate was 81. 25%,and bacteria clearance rate was 62. 50%. In the course of treatment,no obvious effects on blood routine and heptorenal function and no obvious adverse drug reactions could be observed. Conclusion Being a relatively safe drug,linezolid could produce good effects on senile patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia induced by MRSA.
