系统性红斑狼疮首发症状的临床分析

目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）首发症状和起病特点,提高对SLE患者的认识和诊断率.方法：回顾性分析我院住院98例SLE患者的临床资料.结果：98例SLE患者男女比例1：7.9.男性患者关节病变发生率较女性患者低（P＜0.05）,肾损害、浆膜炎、血液系统损害发生率较女性患者高,但无明显统计学差异.结论：SLE的首发症状表现复杂多样,无特异性,早期诊断和治疗可避免误诊及漏诊的发生.

Clinical analysis of the initial symptom of systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective： To discuss the initial symptoms and the characteristics of the onset of the systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）, and to improve the recognition of patients with SLE and the diagnosis rate. Methods： The clinical data of 98 SLE patients admitted in my hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Sex ratio for male and female in 98 SLE patients were 1 ： 7.9. The incidence rate of arthritis lesion in male patients was lower than that in the female patients （P〈0.05） ; while the incidence rate of renal damage, serositis and the impairment of hematological system in male was higher than that in the female patients. There was no statistical difference for both groups. Conclusion： The manifestation of the initial symptoms of SLE is complicated and absent of specific clinical manifestations. Timely diagnosis and treatment can avoid the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
