术前应用昂丹司琼预防择期剖宫产术后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

目的：观察术前应用昂丹司琼预防择期剖宫产术后恶心呕吐的疗效.方法：选取80例择期剖宫产的病例,分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规麻醉手术治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,术前应用昂丹司琼.观察术后两组恶心呕吐发生率.结果：治疗组恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：术前应用昂丹司琼预防择期剖宫产术后恶心呕吐疗效确切.

Effect observation of preoperative use of ondansetion in preventing nausea and vomiting coused by elective cesarean section

Objective：To observe the effect of using ondansetron on preventing nausea and vomiting caused by elective cesarean section. Methods：80 cases of elective cesarean section were equally di vided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the control group received conventional anesthesia surgery,while patients in the treatment group used ondansetron before operation on the basis of conventional surgery. The occurrence rate of nausea and romiting in both groups was observed. Results：The occurrence rate of nausea and vomitin lower than that of the control group, which was of statistical g d in the treatment group was obviously ifference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Pre operative use of ondansetron is effective in preventing nausea and eomiting caused by elective cesare an section.
