治疗性沟通系统对乳腺癌患者配偶焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的：探讨治疗性沟通系统对乳腺癌患者配偶焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响.方法：选择乳腺癌患者配偶100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组进行常规的健康教育和指导,观察组在此基础上依据治疗性沟通系统中的交际性沟通、评估性沟通、治疗性沟通3方面,分阶段、分主次进行护理干预.采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对干预效果进行评估.结果：治疗性沟通系统干预后患者配偶的焦虑、抑郁程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：乳腺癌患者配偶焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪严重,治疗性沟通系统能有效改善乳腺癌患者配偶的焦虑和抑郁状况.

Effect of therapeutic communication system on the anxiety and depression of the spouses of patients with breast cancer

Abstract：Objective： To investigate the effect of therapeutic communication system on the the anxiety and depression of the spouses of patients with breast cancer. Methods： 100 spouses of the patients were equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table. Spouses in the control group underwent routine health education and guidance, while spouses in the observation group received communicative communication, assessing communication and therapeutic communication. Nursing intervention was performed in stages and in priority. The results of intervention were assessed by SAS and SDS. Results： After the intervention with therapeutic communication system, the patients＇ anxiety and depression in the observation group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion： Such negative emotions of anxiety and depression of the spouses of the patients with breast cancer are serious, and therapeutic communication system can effectively improve the state of anxiety and depression statein the spouses of the patients with breast cancer.
