早期心理护理干预对眼球摘除患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的：探讨早期心理护理干预对眼球摘除患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响.方法：将我院眼科收治的82例行眼球摘除术患者随机分为对照组和干预组各41例,对照组施以常规护理,干预组在此基础上进行早期心理护理干预措施.分别在入院时、手术前1d、出院时对两组患者焦虑抑郁评分进行测评.结果：两组患者术前1d的SAS和SDS评分明显高于入院时,出院时的评分明显低于入院时,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;心理护理干预组较对照组评分改善更明显（P＜0.05）.结论：早期护理心理干预措施能减少眼球摘除术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,协助患者顺利度过围术期,促进康复,提高生活质量.

Effect of early psychological intervention on the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing enucleation of eyeballs

Objective： To investigate the effect of early psychological intervention on the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing enucleation of eyeballs. Methods： 82 patients underwent enuclea tion of eyeballs in our hospital were randomized into the control group and nursing intervention group with 41 cases each. Conventional care was given to patients in the control group, while nurs ing intervention group received early psychological intervention based on the conventional intervention. The anxiety and depression scores of patients in both groups were evaluated on the admission day, one day before operation and the discharged day from hospital. Results. The SAS and SDS scores of anxiety and depression in both groups one day before operations were significantly higher than those of patients on the admission day, but were the scores on the discharged day from hospital were significantly lower than those on the admission day, which were of statistical differences （P〈0.05）. And the scores of the psychological group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Early psychological intervention can reduce the anxiety and depression of the eyeball-enucleation patients, help patients live through their perioper ative period smoothly, and promote their recoveries and improve the qualities of their lives.
