| 摘 要： | 支气管动脉拴塞目前已成为治疗肺结核咯血的重要手段,对肺结核大咯血给予急救护理、心理护理、栓塞治疗及对并发症的观察等针对性的护理措施,可以防止支气管动脉栓塞术后并发症的发生,提高治疗的安全性和成功率.

| Abstract: | Bronchial artery embolization （BAE） is currently the important means to treat massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis. The first aid given to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis big hemoptysis, and distinctive nursing measures taken the treatment of BAE, and the observation of the compl prove the ications can prevent the occurrence of the complications of patients after BAE, and im safety and success rate of the treatment. |
