梧州地区女性生殖道支原体感染情况及药敏试验分析

目的：了解本地区女性生殖道感染患者支原体的感染及药敏状况,为临床提供流行病学资料及合理用药依据.方法：分析本院妇科门诊及住院患者1 486例标本支原体培养及药敏情况.结果：1 486例标本支原体培养阳性606例,阳性率为40.8％,支原体对交沙霉素和氧氟沙星敏感性最高,其敏感率分别89.9％和86.9％,耐药性最强是林可霉素与诺氟沙星,耐药率分别为92.4％和71.3％.结论：梧州地区女性生殖道支原体感染率较高,对林可霉素与诺氟沙星耐药性强.

Female genital tract mycoplasma infection situation and drug sensitivity test analysis in Wuzhou regions

Objective： To understand the female genital tract mycoplasma infection and drug sensitivity situation, and provide clinical epidemiological materials and a scientific basis for rational drug use. Methods： Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity situation of specimens of 1 486 cases in the outpatient clinics and admitted in our hospital were analyzed. Results： Of the specimens of 1 486 cases of mycoplasma culture, 606 cases were positive with the positive rate of 40.8%. Mycoplasma had the highest sensitivity to josamycin and o{loxacin, with a sensitive rate of 89.9% and 86.9% respectively; while their top drug resistance was clindamycin and norfloxacin, with a drug resistence rate of 92.4% and 71.3% respectively. Conclusion： The mycoplasma infection rate of female genital tract in Wuzhou regions is very high, and it has a high drug resistance to clindamycin and norfloxacin.
