情景术前访视在腹部手术患者中应用的效果观察

目的：降低腹部手术患者心理应激能力及焦虑水平,提高术前访视的效果.方法：将96例腹部手术患者随机分为实验组（48例）及对照组（48例）.对照组接受常规术前访视,实验组行常规术前访视加情景术前访视法,访视前与访视后采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表测量焦虑程度,同时测量记录血压及心率.结果：实验组患者焦虑分值程度、血压、心率各项指标均低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：情景术前访视方式能有效地降低腹部手术患者焦虑状态及心理应激反应,使患者以最佳心态接受手术.

Effect of applying situational preoperative visit on patients with abdominal surgeries

Objective： To reduce the psychological stress ability and anxiety level of patients with ab dominal surgeries, and to improve the effect of the preoperative visit. Methods： 96 patients waiting for abdominal surgeries were randomized into the experimental group and control group equally. Patients in the control group accepted routine preoperative visits, while patients accepted routine preoperative visits together with situational preoperative visits. Before and after thevisits, Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （HAMA） was applied to measuring the degree of anxiety of the Patients. Meanwhile, blood pressure and heartbeat of the patients were measured and recorded. Results： The degree of anxiety scores, blood pressure and heartbeat of the patients in the experimental group were lower than the those in the control group, which were of statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Situational preoperative vists can effectively reduce the anxiety states and psychological stress reactions of the patients, which will make patients be operated in the best state of mind.
