| 摘 要： | 目的：采用两种不同方法进行HIV抗体初筛检测,探讨检测结果有无差异.方法：对就诊患者的1936份血清标本,使用酶联免疫法和胶体金法进行HIV抗体初筛检测.结果：酶联免疫与胶体金两种不同方法检测HIV抗体初筛的阳性率无统计学差异.结论：HIV抗体初筛可选用酶联免疫或胶体金实验方法.

| Abstract: | Objective： Two different methods were used for the initial screening and detection of HIV antibody in order to investigate whether there was obvious difference between the detection results. Methods. 1936 serum samples of the patients in our hospital were performed initial screening and detection of HIV antibody by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and colloidal gold method. Results. There was no significant difference of the positive rate in initial screening and de tection of HIV antibody by the 9, different detection methods. Conclusion： The initial screen of the HIV antibody might be tested by ELISA or colloidal gold method. |
