中医补肾活血法治疗原发性骨质疏松症60例疗效观察

目的探讨补肾活血法治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将所观察120例原发性骨质疏松症患者按照治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予补肾活血汤治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛强度、骨密度、生存质量改善情况及综合疗效。结果治疗组的疼痛强度的降低、生存质量改善情况、临床综合疗效均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。2组治疗后骨密度值均上升,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论补肾活血法治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of Bushenhuoxue on 60 cases of primary osteoporosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Bushenhuoxue on primary osteoporosis. Methods In accordance with different treatment methods,120 patients with primary osteoporousis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each consisting of 60 patients. Both groups were given routine drug treatment. The patients in the treatment group were given Bushenhuoxue in addition to routine treatment. Then,observations were made on the severeness of pain,bone density,life quality and comprehensive treatment effects both before and after treatment. Results For the patients in the treatment group,the severeness of pain was decreased,and life quality and comprehensive treatment effects were superior to those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of bone mineral density were all increased,but without statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Bushenhuoxue seemed to have good therapeutic effect in the treatment of primary osteoporosis and was worth clinical extending.
