继发黄斑水肿是视网膜静脉阻塞引起中心视力下降的最常见原因,严重影响患者的生活质量.抗血管内皮生长因子药物的研究为治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿开辟了一个新的方向.笔者就哌加他尼钠、贝伐单抗、雷珠单抗及阿柏西普4种抗血管内皮生长因子药物在治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿方面的应用进展进行综述.

Application progress of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor medicine for macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion

Macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion is the most common cause of center vision loss, seriously affecting the quality of the life of patients. Studies on the anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs for the treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion have opened up a new direction. Pegaptanib sodium, bevacizumab, ranibiztunab and aflibercept in the treatments of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion are reviewed in this article.
